The goal of the Health Equity and training assistance program is to equip healthcare providers and professionals with the tools, resources and education to improve outcomes at the organizational level. Community Based Health Equity Trainings

These workshops explore a deep dive into the social determinants and a broader understanding of health as well as systemic disparities, root causes of health inequity as well as the principles and applications of social justice. These trainings can be held in half-day to two-day workshops and are ideal for health professionals, community leaders and local government. All training can be customized to meet the needs of the communities and organizations.
