The Foundation provides ongoing and as-needed technical assistance for a wide variety of public health issue areas, community/population health, policy implementation, agriculture-related projects, housing initiatives, and more. Our team provides customized support and program management, with a focus on the unique needs of rural, minority, hard-to-reach populations, low-income communities, and other marginalized groups.
